Donors and Sponsors Welcome

Dunstable Town Cricket Club are seeking donors and sponsors for the 2008 season.

Voted the best facilities in the Herts League for the last 4 years running, and winners of the David Faill Trophy for Beds Cricket for 2 out of the last 4 years, here's your chance to share in that success. We can offer the chance for you and your business to become associated with the leading cricket club in Bedfordshire and the Chilterns.

In addition to 7 senior sides at weekends, we run a wide variety of cricket sides for young players. As well as the regular training and coaching sessions, we run competitive matches for the Colts as well as the terrifically successful Lancot Trophies competition. 

The Colts set-up at Dunstable has been a very successful one over the years, breading two England players; Tim Robinson (Notts & England) and more recently Monty Panesar.

So just what can we offer ? Well we have a variety of packages available to suit all budgets and needs. Here are just a few  ideas:

 Club Kit  - Playing Shirts 2008 Sponsorship Now Available

The Big One. Your name / logo on the club playing shirts, tracksuits and other playing kit. 
Just become available for 2008 and likely to go fast.   

Websites

You've seen the websites - get connected. 
We can offer you the chance to sponsor a web page for a week, month, or all season. We can link your own website to ours or just display your telephone number if you want people to call. The site has now clocked up almost 70,000 genuine hits, and with around 200 hits per week and growing, you can be sure that your name will be seen by both players and serious cricket lovers alike. This comes free with all board and fixture card adverts.

Cricket Balls

For just £30 per game, you can sponsor the match balls. We will include your name in our press report and will place a notice on this website for the week preceding the game.

Match Sponsorship

For a slightly larger investment why not consider sponsoring just a match, a weekend, or month of cricket. 

Raffle Prizes

Are you are able to donate raffle prizes to help raise Club funds ? We will be holding an auction of promises later this year and really would welcome some donations to boost club funds. We would acknowledge your contribution to the Club.

Scorebox Sponsor  

Without doubt the Prime slot and astutely snapped up by Johnsons Honda Dunstable in 2007.   NOW AVAILABLE FOR 2008

The scorebox is the most prestigious space for advertising your company. Looked at by everyone on the ground many many times during the game, this is the place to get noticed.   Can be on an Exclusive or shared basis.

Advertising boards

Alternatively why not take a perimeter advertising board on the Lancot Park main ground ?  Your name could appear in the background of action photographs published in the local press, and of course it would appear on our websites. Lancot Park will be host again to some Minor Counties cricket in 2008.

 

Costs vary with size, from £275 +vat for first year.

Lancot Trophies - Event Sponsorship

Planning for the 2008 event is about to start, and a sponsor would really help us provide the Colts teams with another great day of cricket and fun. We'd love to hear from you if you might be interested in being associated with this great event.
 

Youth And Grass Roots Cricket
We run many Colts teams and provide coaching through qualified cricket coaches. Why not help us support grass roots cricket through a donation of kit to help the Colts teams, or money towards new net matting, kwik cricket sets, or clik cricket mats etc.

Team Clothing

Really get noticed. How about putting your name on our playing shirts or club tracksuits, caps, , Sunday League Clothing, Training Kit, Colts Kit, Umbrellas ?  

Ground Sponsorship
We can change the name of the Ground to "[Your Name] Lancot Park". This would obviously be a much more substantial sponsorship deal and probably for a medium term, which should see your name featuring regularly in the local press. Additionally as we often stage Bedfordshire Minor Counties games and County Colts games , your name would get an even wider coverage including national press, and other websites.

Ground Equipment
Having the best facilities in Herts and Beds is only possible if we continue to invest in the upkeep of the ground and equipment. Lots of games inevitably means wear and tear of our equipment and we need to find some replacement covers very soon, as the existing ones are 15 years old now. Your name /logo would appear on the new covers, and be seen by all ground visitors (and of course the glider pilots above). Clearly this would be a more significant investment but with a potential life of 15 years !

Donations
Simple and very effective way for helping the Club. We are seeking donations towards the cost of the indoor nets repairs and the re-laying of the outdoor nets too. No amount is too small.   You may also want to donate equipment or materials rather than cash.
